Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our Reservations team as a Communications (PBX) Operator. This role answers and directs phone calls, pages, and responds to chat messages in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with Four Seasons policies.

You bring the ability to read, write, and speak English, prior PBX experience in luxury hotels, and strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answers and directs phone calls to proper extensions.
• Assist with Reservations tasks as needed.
