Responsibilities

• Promptly answers telephone calls in a positive and clear voice with standard greeting.
• Transfer calls accurately using the PBX system.
• Record accurate messages and relay them to guests as requested.
• Provide wake up calls and manage the automated wake-up system.
• Coordinate with security, guest services and property operations as a dispatcher.
• Assist front desk associates as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
