Qualifications

• 2+ years in spa or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• Proficiency with spa software and hotel interfaces (Book4Time, Opera, HotSOS).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide spa services to create exceptional experiences.
• Coordinate spa reservations and communications across the team.
• Support daily spa operations with therapists, attendants, housekeeping and engineering.
• Process payments and maintain inventory and guest materials.
