Job summary

Viceroy Hotels in Sun Valley, Idaho seeks a Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness and organization across all culinary areas and support multiple F&B outlets during busy periods. You will help with basic prep and ensure sanitation standards are met in a luxury resort setting.

The role requires flexibility for long hours, physical activity, and strong teamwork to support high-level guest experiences in a mountain destination.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexibility with long hours is required.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Heavy lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout all kitchens and stewarding areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure proper cleaning and storage of china, glassware, silverware, and cookware.
• Assist with banquet, restaurant, café, pool, and event culinary operations as needed.
• Return clean china and utensils to proper storage, minimizing breakage.
• Report equipment shortages or safety concerns promptly to leadership.
