Job summary

The Observatory Sun Valley, A Viceroy Resort, will host a Kitchen Steward role within its luxury hospitality environment in Sun Valley, Idaho. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in kitchens and stewarding areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean, sanitize, and store china, glassware, slateware, cookware, and utensils.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in kitchen and related areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation and prep cook responsibilities as needed.
• Return all clean wares to storage and manage waste according to sanitation procedures.
