The Observatory Sun Valley, A Viceroy Resort, will host a Kitchen Steward role within its luxury hospitality environment in Sun Valley, Idaho. The position focuses on cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all culinary spaces and back-of-house operations to support a premium guest experience.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, floor maintenance, potential basic prep tasks, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards across outlets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical work.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in kitchens and stewarding areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean, sanitize, and store china, glassware, slateware, cookware, and utensils.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in kitchen and related areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation and prep cook responsibilities as needed.
• Return all clean wares to storage and manage waste according to sanitation procedures.
