Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced culinary leader for the Inn at Perry Cabin on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The role oversees kitchen operations, menu development, and food production for a luxury resort, ensuring exceptional service and consistent quality across outlets.

Based at the Inn at Perry Cabin in St. Michaels, MD, you will drive efficiency, supervise hourly staff, and collaborate with hotel leadership to deliver memorable guest experiences while maintaining high

Qualificações

• Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship required.
• Food Handling and Sanitation certificates required.
• Minimum three years’ experience in the Culinary Department of a luxury hotel, with three years in a management capacity preferred.
• Ability to work in all stations in kitchen.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, management, and employees.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule production work for subordinate employees.
• Check staffing, uniforms, and daily production sheets.
• Review quality of product and ensure standards.
• Coordinate kitchen operations and equipment needs.
• Assist with controlling food costs and requisitioning supplies.
• Ensure proper sanitation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Ensure meals are prepared and delivered on time and in quantity/quality.
• Train staff and maintain written standards for execution.
• Support catering with special menus and client meetings.
• Review equipment and inventory with Executive Chef.
