Job summary

The Inn at Little Washington is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead daily HR operations, payroll, benefits, and employee relations in a luxury hospitality environment. You will partner with senior leadership to drive a respectful, high-performing workplace and coach managers on HR policies and compliance.

Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring policy adherence while maintaining confidentiality and professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in luxury/hospitality preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations, payroll, benefits and employee relations.
• Partner with leadership to execute HR strategy and initiatives.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Provide HR coaching and performance management support.
