Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, hospitality management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and employment laws.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Advise senior leadership on HR policies and staffing.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs.
