Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a part-time Retail Associate for the Arizona Biltmore property in Phoenix. You will maintain store presentation, assist guests, process sales, and support daily operations in an upscale retail setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, prior retail and customer service experience, and comfort in a luxury environment. Flexible Wed/Sat shifts are required, with friendly team culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in an upscale / luxury environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of store products and policies.
• Accurate check in of daily receipts, steaming of garments, organizing back stock, and displaying merchandise.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of merchandise at opening and closing.
• Assist guests, process transactions, and ring in sales following service standards.
• Support team with store operations and restocking as needed.
