Job summary

The Arizona Biltmore, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Phoenix, seeks a Guest Services Manager to supervise guest services, valet, and transportation, delivering luxury service and maintaining operational excellence throughout the resort.

Lead staffing, ensure smooth guest flows, coordinate parking and shuttle services, and uphold budgeted goals while mentoring a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; hospitality leadership experience required.
• Experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Valet or other front-of-house hotel operations desired.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Guest Services Department including valet, luggage, and transportation.
• Maintain luxury service standards and operational excellence across the resort.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and manage staffing to meet demand.
• Coordinate shuttle operations and guest flow from porte-cochère to lobby.
