Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at our Paradise Valley property in Arizona. The role oversees daily housekeeping operations, ensures standards, trains staff, and supports the Housekeeping Manager in their absence.

Responsibilities include inspecting performance, managing room attendants, maintaining inventory and records, and ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and safe, clean rooms.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of progressive hotel housekeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift.
• Strong communication with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Room Attendant's work performance daily to ensure standards and productivity.
• In absence of Housekeeping Manager, inspect VIP rooms and report availability to Front Office.
• Oversee closing of floors and restocking of carts.
• Maintain records of daily assignments and ensure timely submission.
• Monitor cleanliness and orderliness of carts, linen closets, and stairways.
• Carry active pager/radio to communicate with Front Office/Engineering.
• Report progress of out-of-order rooms to Guest Services Manager.
