AZUL HOSPITALITY - PHOENIX LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead, train, and supervise the hotel housekeeping team. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand and quality standards, inspect spaces, manage payroll, and control inventories and supplies.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and guest service focus in a fast-paced hotel environment. Responsibilities include planning daily tasks, organizing staff schedules, maintaining safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience as a supervisor or manager in hospitality.
• Knowledge of loyalty programs, brand standards and hospitality systems preferred.
• Ability to provide and maintain a valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the cleaning of all guests' rooms and public areas.
• Provide daily cleaning assignments to housekeeping staff and train associates.
• Conduct inspections to ensure hotel cleanliness standards are met.
• Manage payroll and departmental expenses within approved budgets.
• Schedule staff and determine staffing levels for forecasted business.
• Respond to guest requests and maintain high guest satisfaction.
