Hilton Marco Island Resort and Spa is seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on Marco Island. This fulltime role offers comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, worldwide hotel discounts, and education assistance.

The supervisor will partner with the Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring rooms meet Hilton standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus two years housekeeping experience including supervisory training/experience.
• 1 year in a Supervisory role.
• 3 years in full-service hospitality.
• Licenses or permits as may be required by law or company regulations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry operations to meet quality standards and guest expectations.
• Inspect suites and public areas for cleanliness and provide retraining as needed.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and assignment of room cleaning tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with shifts and management to promote teamwork and service quality.
