Job summary

Lido Beach Resort is seeking a PM Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team on a shift, ensuring clean and safe rooms and common areas while delivering outstanding guest service.

The role requires prior supervision experience in housekeeping, strong communication, and the ability to manage staff, inventory, and guest issues to maintain high standards of operations at our beachfront Sarasota property.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed
• Supervises the duties and tasks of laundry staff
• Stocks and maintains supply rooms; orders supplies according to a budget
• Receives, processes, and handles guest complaints in regard to housekeeping services
• Ensures that rooms are kept clean and free from hazards
• Ensures that all common areas are kept clean and free from hazards
• Organizes all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staff
• Assists guests with questions and basic requests
• Provides a high level of customer service at all times; remains professional
• Trains new housekeepers and support staff
• Meets with company officials regularly in order to provide progress reports and address issues
