Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and floors to verify cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate daily activities with Room Attendants and House Attendants.
• Notify staff of deficiencies and follow up.
• Act as liaison among Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office.
• Coach and train associates on service standards.
• Ensure daily duties are completed to standard.
