Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Housekeeping Office Coordinator to ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting, contributing to the luxury experience the property is known for.

You will coordinate administrative tasks across housekeeping, communicate priorities to Room Attendants, and partner with other departments to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or front desk is required.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure all guest concerns are addressed promptly, effectively and all affected departments are notified through guest log
• Ensure high morale and productivity levels are achieved, through detailed communication, training, development
• Work closely with all hotel departments, communicating daily updates and changes
• Coordinate and provide administrative support to Housekeeping, including opening/closing, daily room assignments, requests, and shift briefings
• Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Report maintenance items and service standards
• Follow safety and sanitation policies
• Other duties as assigned
