Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in luxury Hotel Housekeeping or Front of House Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Marketing a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven manager with leadership and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations and public areas.
• Ensure guest comfort, safety and service standards.
• Inspect spaces and ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop work assignments, schedules and payroll to maximise efficiency.
• Support Executive Housekeeper and review maintenance issues daily.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
