Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years housekeeping supervision experience, preferably at a luxury hotel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills.
• Must be detail oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect daily cleaning of guest rooms and back of house to ensure SOPs are followed.
• Coordinate with Front Office and In-Room Dining to update room statuses.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and complete inspection reports.
• Refer maintenance issues to Engineering to protect hotel assets.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and communicate deficiencies to relevant departments.
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and monitor key inventory.
• Conduct weekly inspections with managers to improve performance.
