Job summary

Extell Hospitality Services is seeking a Housekeeping Manager in New York to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure premier guest experiences. You will supervise room attendants, enforce cleanliness standards, and collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to address issues promptly.

The role requires 2–4 years of supervisory housekeeping experience in a large hotel, with strong leadership and inventory management skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in a full-service hotel.
• Experience in a high-volume urban market, preferably New York City.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the daily tasks of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Train and develop housekeeping staff, including onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
