La Fontaine in Century City, Los Angeles, is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the hotel through its opening and beyond, shaping guest experiences and service standards for a landmark new property.

This role requires 10+ years in luxury hotel leadership, including pre-opening or opening experience, and strong financial acumen to drive revenue and profitability while partnering with ownership and brand partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 10+ years in luxury or full-service hotel leadership, including experience as General Manager or President/GM.
• Pre-opening or opening experience strongly preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, revenue and profitability expertise.
• Exceptional leadership with the ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations across Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, and Engineering.
• Provide strategic leadership through pre-opening, opening, and stabilization phases.
• Establish a culture centered on service excellence, hospitality, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a talented leadership team and workforce.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue, profitability, market positioning, and long-term success.
• Build strong relationships with ownership, brand partners, community stakeholders, and industry collaborators.
