Job summary

The Edgewater is Seattle's premier overwater hotel, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts. The General Manager leads all facets of hotel performance, aligning guest satisfaction, financial results, and team engagement with brand standards and ownership goals.

We seek a seasoned leader with luxury-hotel experience, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record in union environments. This on-site role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of luxury hotel leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years as General Manager.
• Experience managing in a union environment.
• Familiarity with resort operations and Forbes/Relais & Chateaux standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational managers to execute the property’s strategic plan and action programs.
• Plan and participate in hotel and departmental meetings; ensure brand-standard procedures are followed.
• Develop and manage execution of budgets and revenue forecasts.
• Implement controls for expense management, including labor management tools.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations and performance management.
• As Executive Committee member, help create and execute financial objectives for the hotel.
