Job summary

The Edgewater, A Noble House Hotel in Seattle seeks an experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results. You will drive operational excellence, employee engagement, and revenue growth while aligning with brand standards and ownership objectives.

The role requires a strong track record in luxury hospitality, 5+ years as GM in a union environment, and expertise across F&B, Front Desk, and Rooms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience in a luxury hotel/resort environment.
• Minimum of 5 years as a General Manager; at least 5 years managing in a union environment.
• Experience in resort divisions (F&B, Front Desk, Rooms) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Forbes & Relais & Châteaux standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational managers to success in daily, weekly, monthly and annual action plans related to the property strategic plan.
• Plan, organize, facilitate, attend, and/or participate in hotel and departmental meetings; ensure brand standard operating procedures.
• Develop and manage execution of all budgets and revenue forecasts.
• Develop and implement controls for expense management, such as labor management tools.
• Partner with Human Resources on employee relations, performance management, and related initiatives.
• As a member of the Executive Committee, help create and execute the hotel’s financial objectives.
