Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive hotel leadership in a senior role (GM/Resort/Hotel Manager).
• Experience with full-service, resort, luxury or branded hotels.
• Prior Marriott-brand knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead all operational managers to achieve the property's strategic plan on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cycles.
• Plan and participate in hotel and departmental meetings; ensure brand SOP compliance.
• Develop and manage execution of budgets and revenue forecasts.
• Implement controls for expense management, including labor tools.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• As a member of the Executive Committee, help set financial objectives for the hotel.
