Qualifications

• Six years of hotel management experience or more.
• Two years in a similar capacity preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Engineering to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Direct hotel operations to achieve maximum profitability while protecting assets.
• Direct the maximization of room revenue through annual plans and marketing efforts.
• Train and motivate staff to meet company standards of quality.
• Monitor payroll costs and expenses against budgets.
