Job summary

River Terrace Inn is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily restaurant, bar, banquet, and event operations on site in Napa. You will ensure outstanding guest service, maintain cleanliness and efficiency, and report to the Director of Outlets.

This full-time role requires weekend, holiday, and evening shifts with strong leadership and a calm, guest-focused presence. You will supervise FOH operations, train servers, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety standards while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, bar, or hotel F&B leadership experience.
• Knowledge of FOH operations, POS/reservation systems, and scheduling software.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Service certification required.
