Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel or business administration is required.
• Five to ten years’ hotel management experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Must be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day leadership and direction of the hotel to maximize sales and revenue.
• Own people development, brand standards execution, and local market awareness.
• Lead capital and asset planning, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with brand and company policies.
• Represent the hotel publicly and engage with the local community.
