Job summary

Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking a Food Runner to support our dining team. This role ensures quick, accurate delivery of food and beverage to tables while maintaining the highest service standards.

Responsibilities include setting up the dining room, bussing, learning the menu, communicating with FOH and kitchen, and upholding cleanliness. Weekend and holiday availability and valid food handler certification are required.

Qualifications

• Great customer service skills required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have valid ABLE and Food Handlers certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in the dining room, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Set up the restaurant and bussing stations.
• Deliver food and beverage to tables accurately and promptly.
• Learn table numbers and seating to deliver orders.
• Communicate with front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Learn about food preferences and allergies.
• Perform duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
