Job summary

Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is seeking a Food Runner to maintain high service standards in the restaurant and breakfast areas. You will deliver food promptly, verify orders, and assist the team to ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You should have basic knowledge of sanitation, be able to lift up to 70 pounds, and work as part of a cohesive hotel staff. Prior food and beverage or line set-up experience is helpful; training and mentoring are provided as part of

Responsibilities

• Must know floor plan, table numbers, and seat numbers.
• Deliver food to tables per ticket and seating arrangement.
• Verify orders on tickets and ensure accuracy for hot and cold lines.
• Assist servers and managers by checking on guests and table needs.
• Set up expo line and maintain breakfast buffet items and displays.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
