Job summary

Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking a friendly, part-time Server for Bob's Steak & Chop House. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve guests promptly in a fine-dining setting at the heart of downtown OKC.

The role requires cash-handling experience, multitasking, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Omni Hotels & Resorts offers a professional team, training, and opportunities in a luxury convention hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.
• Present accurate check to guest and process payment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
• Clean and set up tables.
• Complete closing duties.

Server | Bob's Steak and Chop House

Overview

This is a part-time fine dining server position at Bob's Steak and Chop House. The Bob's Server will be responsible to wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve the guest in any way possible. To follow, enforce, comply and adhere to all Bob's Steak & Chop House rules, policies, procedures, standards and recipes at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 year serving experience with a quality establishment.
• Prior serving and cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift.
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10lbs without assistance.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have ABLE training certification and license.
• Must have a Food Handler permit.
