Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of previous Food and Beverage supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and analyze data, figures, and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computer.
• Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership on food and beverage concepts.
• Drive profitability via revenue generation and cost control across outlets.
• Interact positively with guests to promote facilities and services.
• Maintain communication with all departments to ensure guest service needs are met.
• Oversee staffing and development of leadership personnel within the division.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and employment laws.
