Qualifications

• Ensure that menu items are consistently executed to the highest standards.
• Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and ensure staff deliver outstanding experiences.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Recruit, hire, and train a talented team of F&B professionals.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to staff.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance levels.
• Implement effective inventory control systems to minimize waste and loss.
• Monitor and manage food and beverage inventory levels.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
