Pendry Park City, part of Montage Hotels & Resorts, seeks a hospitality professional to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a luxury hotel setting.

You will assist guests with menu recommendations, take accurate orders, and ensure timely service while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards. A minimum of 1 year in F&B is preferred; Micros experience is a plus, with weekend/holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage operations of at least 1 year.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus and highly valued.
• Experience with Micros or similar POS systems is a plus.
• Basic communication skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections, provide recommendations, and answer questions about ingredients and dietary restrictions.
• Take orders accurately and relay modifications to the kitchen staff.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer dessert or coffee options; check in for satisfaction.
• Promote menu items, specials, and promotions using suggestive selling techniques.
• Follow cleaning and safety standards and participate in pre-shift meetings.
