Qualifications

• Hotel or facilities engineering experience required.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead by example and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize work orders for the engineering team.
• Support and participate in preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building issues.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal guest disruption.
• Train and support team members; monitor quality and completion of work.
• Conduct property and equipment inspections; maintain safety standards.
• Communicate maintenance concerns to Engineering leadership.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, Security and other departments.
