• Conduct property and equipment inspections; maintain safety standards.
• Communicate maintenance concerns to Engineering leadership.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, Security and other departments.

The Engineering Supervisor supports the daily operation of the Engineering department, overseeing maintenance activities while assisting and guiding the engineering team. This hands‑on leadership role helps ensure guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and building systems are maintained to the high standards expected of a Curio Collection by Hilton property.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and prioritizing work orders, supporting preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building issues, and ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to guests.

The Engineering Supervisor will help train and support team members, monitor the quality and completion of assigned work, conduct property and equipment inspections, maintain safety standards, and communicate maintenance concerns to Engineering leadership. The position also works closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Security, and other departments to respond quickly to operational needs.

The ideal candidate has previous hotel or facilities engineering experience, strong technical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead by example. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, guest‑focused, and committed to maintaining a luxury property with exceptional attention to detail.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call responsibilities, may be required.
