The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer to lead building operations at our Denver properties. You will manage preventative maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC and electrical systems, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Skilled in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing, roofing, and landscaping.
• Troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical and electrical malfunctions in hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; handle discipline as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and other systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Respond professionally to guest questions, complaints, and requests.
• Coordinate with department heads for maintenance needs and efficient responses.
• Maintain building exterior and grounds; ensure curb appeal.
• Monitor and enforce Crescent’s standards and compliance with inspections.
• Coordinate service contracts and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Support annual capital plan development and safety initiatives.
• Provide clear directions to staff and ensure reliable attendance.
