The Maybourne Beverly Hills Hotel seeks a Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations and guest satisfaction in Beverly Hills, CA. You will manage front desk activities, service standards, and staff performance to ensure flawless guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include resolving guest issues, training staff, coordinating with departments, and maintaining Forbes-standard service while supporting senior leadership and VIP guests.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in customer service for a luxury hotel.
• Two (2) to three (3) years of hotel supervisory experience.
• Must possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Own guest complaints in absence of managers and ensure timely resolution.
• Direct and maintain front desk, bell services, and PBX service and management philosophy.
