Job summary

The Maybourne Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and flawlessly execute luxury dining and special events. You will liaison between guests, culinary teams, restaurant operations, and hotel departments to deliver Forbes-standard experiences.

The ideal candidate is organized, guest-focused, and detail-oriented, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for VIPs, corporate functions, and private dining events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; culinary training is a plus.
• Experience in restaurant, catering, or food service environments preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; fluent English expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage all event inquiries from initial contact through post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate private dining events, afternoon tea, executive meetings, and hotel special events.
• Prepare REOs, contracts, proposals, and event timelines with accuracy.
• Conduct hotel and venue site inspections with prospective clients.
• Coordinate menus, wine pairings, and special guest experiences.
• Ensure all event details and VIP preferences are communicated to operations.
• Deliver personalized service and act as the primary contact for hosts.
