Job summary

The Whitley in Atlanta, GA seeks a Director of Restaurant and Bar to oversee Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, and related outlets. Lead day-to-day operations, manage HR across outlets, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial targets.

Ideal candidates bring luxury hotel experience, strong leadership, and a track record in budgeting and operations. This on-site role requires flexibility for weekends and PM shifts.

Qualifications

• Two+ years as a Food and Beverage Manager or Outlet Manager.
• Hotel experience required; luxury preferred.
• Strong supervision, management, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and delegate.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, room service, and bar.
• Oversee HR across outlets: hire, train, develop, coach and review performance.
• Forecast and manage budgets to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Create promotions and ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain sanitation and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
