Job summary

Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park, CA seeks a Cook 3 to join our luxury Food & Beverage team. You will prepare hot menu items, sauces, and garde manger, maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards. High attention to detail, speed and teamwork are essential.

Two shifts with a competitive hourly wage of $27 to $31, plus benefits typical for a five‑star hotel. Prior experience in a luxury property is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year minimum experience as a Cook 3 in a 4- or 5-star hotel or restaurant.
• High school diploma; culinary certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain accuracy, and follow standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce hot menu items, garde manger, sauces, and hot sandwiches according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen.
• Breakdown station and close out duties per department standards.
• Assist with station setup, inventory, and communicating shortages to supervisor.
