Mainsail Lodging & Development is seeking a Cook for the Epicurean Hotel in Atlanta, GA. You should bring a passion to work to the highest standards and a willingness to anticipate and meet our guests' needs.

You must have a minimum of two years of culinary experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant. A culinary degree is preferred but not required. The role covers food prep, plating, and service, with strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

• Assist in cost control: food, labor, equipment, and uniforms; minimize waste.
• Read and follow recipes to prepare dishes to high standards.
