Job summary

Mainsail Lodging & Development is hiring a Cook for the Epicurean Hotel in Atlanta, GA. The role requires at least 2 years of culinary experience, ideally in a luxury hotel or restaurant.

Culinary training is preferred but not required, with strict adherence to food handling, sanitation standards, and safety regulations. The Cook will prepare and plate all foods, participate in inventories, and contribute to cost control while maintaining high guest service levels in a fast-paced kitchen

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; 4 years culinary experience.
• Culinary degree or some level of culinary education a plus.
