Elysée New York, a luxury boutique hotel managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Midtown Manhattan, seeks a poised PBX Operator. You will manage all incoming/outgoing calls, relay messages accurately, and provide discreet, high-touch service with wake-up calls and emergencies handled professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of guest-service or call-handling experience within a luxury hotel.
• Demonstrated experience delivering personalized, high-touch guest service.

Responsibilities

• Be the first voice and ambassador of Elysée New York.
• Answer and route calls professionally and warmly; relay messages accurately.
• Provide hotel information and services to callers using current knowledge.
• Handle wake-up calls and emergency communications with precision.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Bell Services, Housekeeping, and Engineering to ensure seamless guest communication.
