Elysée New York seeks a poised PBX Operator to manage all hotel communications, answering calls, relaying messages, handling wake-up calls, and providing accurate information with warmth and discretion.

Reporting to Front Office Management and the Director of Operations, the role requires exceptional attention to detail, privacy, and the ability to adapt to a luxury hotel environment. Flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of guest-service or call-handling experience in a luxury hotel.
• High level of verbal communication and guest privacy.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to shift schedules.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route all incoming and outgoing hotel calls professionally.
• Relay guest messages accurately and promptly.
• Provide hotel information and assist with wake-up calls.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Bell Services, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
• Ensure guest privacy and discreet service.
