Four Seasons Hotel Boston is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support daily financial operations in a luxury hospitality setting. You will print, mail statements, respond to guest inquiries, maintain accurate records, and assist in verifying revenues across Rooms, F&B, and Banquet. Flex scheduling may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must have valid United States Work Authorization.

Responsabilités

• Print, prepare and mail statements for outstanding C/L accounts at least twice per week.
• Answer guest and credit card inquiries concerning accounts including the documentation and preparation of adjustments if necessary on a timely basis.
• Prepare and maintain complete, accurate and organized records for all outstanding accounts as directed by the Accounting Manager.
• Assist in verifying that Rooms, Food and Beverage, Banquet, and miscellaneous revenues are accurately captured, recorded and posted
• Review group and catering contracts, establish understanding of billing arrangements and follow up on deposits and prepayments.
• Coordinate the flow of supporting documentation among Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, Payroll and other Finance functions.
• Assist the Credit team in the performance of his/her other duties as requested including the following:
• Obtaining credit references
• Collection of outstanding accounts
• Attending pre & post conference meetings with meeting planners.
• Review and reconcile 3rd party billing and gratuity to ensure that they are accurately captured and paid.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance or Accounting Manager
• File documents and reports.
• The ideal candidate can work a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
