Four Seasons Resort Hualālai in Hawaii is seeking a motivated Server Assistant to join ULU Ocean Grill. You will support the dining room team with attentive service and help ensure every guest experiences warm, personalized hospitality.

This role requires Hawaii health clearance, 3–12 months in food & beverage or customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Hourly pay starts at $17.15 with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• TB clearance from Hawaii Dept of Health required.
• 3–12 months restaurant/FOOD & BEVERAGE or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support servers with attentive, anticipatory service throughout dining.
• Greet guests warmly and deliver personalized hospitality.
• Serve food and beverages and describe menu items.
• Assist with food delivery from kitchen and ensure accurate plating.
• Stock linens, china, silverware, glassware, and stations to standards.
• Prepare condiments and mise en place for service.
• Reset and maintain tables and dining areas during service.
• Assist with buffet, station, and dining room setup/breakdown.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
