Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a passionate Server to join our Food & Beverage team at ULU. This role delivers warm, personalized service in a fast-paced luxury setting, with menu knowledge and genuine hospitality to create memorable breakfast experiences for our guests.

You'll contribute to flawless service, coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues, and uphold Four Seasons standards, health regulations, and the Golden Rule.

Qualifications

• Three months to one year of food and beverage service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized, and intuitive service to guests.
• Provide detailed descriptions of menu offerings and beverage pairings.
• Share the ULU Ocean Grill and Four Seasons story with authenticity.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS and relay special requests to kitchen and service teams.
• Coordinate food and beverage timing for exceptional presentation.
• Verify order accuracy and deliver meals per Four Seasons standards.
• Process payments accurately while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive team environment.
