Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a friendly Server Assistant for ULU Ocean Grill. You will support the dining room team, assist servers, and help deliver warm, personalized service in a pristine oceanfront setting.

Qualifications

• TB clearance required by Hawaii State Department of Health
• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food & beverage, or related experience required
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Servers with attentive, anticipatory service throughout the guest dining experience
• Greet guests warmly and professionally with personalized hospitality
• Describe menu selections and presentations when serving food and beverages
• Assist with food delivery and ensure meals are presented accurately
• Stock and maintain linens, china, silverware, glassware, and service stations to Four Seasons standards
• Prepare condiments, garnishes, and mise en place for service
• Reset, clean, and maintain tables and dining areas during service
• Assist with buffet, station, and dining room setup and breakdown
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
