Cotton Collection Northern Michigan seeks a Managing Director to lead strategic planning and day‑to‑day operations for The Hotel Perry, Bay View Inn, Crooked River Lodge, Pier Restaurant, and Weathervane Restaurant.

The role drives guest experience, operational excellence, and financial performance while aligning property teams with brand strategies and ownership goals in Northern Michigan.

Qualifications

• At least 3‑5 years of leadership experience as a General Manager or Managing Director at a Luxury, Boutique, or Historic property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and guest experience across multiple outlets and properties.
• Drive top‑line revenue growth, labor management, and disciplined cost control.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high‑performing leadership team; mentor department heads.
• Represent the hotel group within the Northern Michigan hospitality and business community.
