Four Seasons Maui seeks a Learning and Development Manager to design and drive onboarding and ongoing learning programs for a luxury resort team. You will collaborate with resort leadership to identify training needs and deliver solutions that support service excellence and operational performance.

The role emphasizes managing design, compliance, and development initiatives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with a focus on employee growth and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in adult education or a similar environment
• Experience in hotel operations, preferably luxury hospitality or other service environments.
• Experience managing in diverse cultures.
