Job summary

High Hampton invites hospitality and tourism students to join a four-month internship at our luxury resort. The program rotates through Guest Services, Food and Beverage, and Housekeeping, offering hands-on experience and participation in staff and management meetings.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar program.
• Willing to commit May through August with 35–40 hours per week.
• Regular attendance and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and property orientations.
• Shadow Front Desk and Lodging Manager to learn front-of-house operations.
• Support Dining Room workflows and housekeeping coordination as needed.
